Tube-1200 tube furnace

Tube-1200 tube furnace used Ni-Cr wire as the heating elements, rated working temperature 1100℃. The temperature of furnace is controlled by high precision SCR digital controller and 50 segment programmable. Double layer structure with fan cooling. And furnace chamber using of imported alumina fiber with max energy saving, small volume, faster heating, uniform temperature field, good thermal shock and cold resistance. Stainless vacuum flanges can be used under vacuum or other gases condition. It widely used for metal, ceramic and other material sintering, and single sapphire heat treatment in university and research institution, also for small quantities production.
